Is Don Amott Parks family owned?

Yes we are! Don Amott Parks is a family run business, currently being run by the third generation. A lot of our on site staff are also second and third generational family members!

Do you have residential parks?

Yes we do! We have three residential parks:

Can I come for a park viewing before purchasing on site?

Yes you can! Contact us via the form above (selecting the park you are interested in seeing) and we will be in contact with you to plan a visit.

Can I book a holiday at one of your parks?

Our parks are all exclusive owners only parks and not for rental.

When is the season?

We open mid-March to 30th November.

Can I sub-let my holiday home?

No but your family may stay in your holiday home (please note no unaccompanied teenagers are allowed). Our parks are private and the homes/lodges are not for hire to afford our owners privacy.

How long can I keep my holiday home on the park?

At least 20 years from new.

Do holiday homes depreciate?

Yes they should be viewed as a long-term investment in your pleasure and leisure time with your family and friends.

What can I do at reception?

Our friendly reception office staff are here to help with any enquiry you may have.

They can provide you with local information including recommended areas of interest or places to eat. Our reception is also your point of call for Calor Gas. This can also be ordered over the phone.

We want your time at your holiday home to be as relaxed as possible so if you have any requests just pop into reception – we are here to help.

Can I order deliveries to my holiday home?

You can have small items of post and packages delivered to the reception for your collection

You are welcome to arrange grocery deliveries to your holiday home, but please arrange delivery for a time you will be in to receive it.
